Welcome to PayGuard! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PayGuard's escrow services ("Services") provided by PayGuard Escrow Solutions Limited ("PayGuard", "we", "us", or "our") within Nigeria.

1. Introduction

By registering for and using PayGuard, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

PayGuard provides an escrow service where we act as an intermediary to hold funds securely until the Buyer receives the purchased item or service as described. Once the Buyer confirms satisfaction, the funds are released to the Seller.

3. User Eligibility

To use PayGuard, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these criteria and that you will comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Transactions

PayGuard strictly prohibits transactions involving illegal goods or services, intellectual property violations, fraudulent activities, or money laundering as defined by Nigerian law.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, PayGuard will mediate a resolution based on transaction details and evidence. We reserve the right to hold funds until a legal resolution is obtained.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
